When working with students, the supervision of bachelor or master theses is of great importance. As a supervisor, you have the complex task of supporting students academically, providing feedback on content and methodology, offering structure in some situations and taking a step back in others.
This short workshop is about getting to know and critically discussing strategies that you can use to supervise (and evaluate) student work in a structured way along the stages of academic work.
