Interactive Live Online Workshop

Successful grant applications and scientific publications require both compelling ideas and clear, persuasive writing and sensible project management (grants) — and AI assistants can substantially enhance both when used strategically.

This hands-on workshop equips researchers with a practical workflow for AI-assisted scientific writing, from identifying and sharpening key messages through structured storyline development to producing polished text and production of sensible and successful project management elements. Participants will apply the "Composer-Conductor" method — where the scientist drives all intellectual decisions (research question, narrative arc, argumentation, PM) while strategically deploying AI for drafting, style optimization, audience adaptation and project management. Working on their own projects, participants will practice AI-assisted work. Data protection strategies for handling sensitive grant content are integrated throughout.
